All fees exclude VAT. Launch also excludes disbursements — third-party costs we pay on your behalf and recharge at cost with no mark-up — for example the Companies House incorporation fee (£100), the confirmation statement fee (£50), and any identity-verification or courier charges. Launch is a one-off fee. Establish and Embedded are ongoing monthly fees that begin once your company is live, with a three-month minimum; no long contracts after that. “From” prices reflect a single-director company with straightforward ownership; we confirm your exact fee before you commit. Bank account set-up is with Revolut Business as standard, subject to its eligibility criteria and your country of residence; traditional-bank applications are supported where you qualify. We cannot guarantee approval by any bank.
